The following are links to the revenue impact statements of the various tax reform bills that I am sponsoring.
Note that small business tax relief was passed last Session.
H3264 – Elimination of corporate income tax as proposed by Gov. Haley saving larger corporations $220,600,000 at the end of 4 years.
H3265 – Reduction of manufacturing property assessment ratios saving manufacturers $192,064,000 at the end of 4 years.
H3266 – Elimination of several personal income tax brackets saving individual taxpayers $79,549,000.
The purpose of these bills are to remove inequities in the tax code, promote economic development and simplify the tax code.
